The [W] tag found besides the Bullet List tag stands for Whisper.
You can send "whispers" or parts of a message to anyone you want to be included in the "whisper". Only the Master Administrator can see all whispers.

I put these together since they're similar. First, you can not be a staff member unless given the option. You must earn it. How? Well just be the best member you can, and then we'll talk.  Custom title? I said this already in Privacy Policy/Account Information! Go there. |

These are the colors for the ranks. Moderators are the same color a regular member.
